Tony Fernandez is Vice President for ANF Group’s Multifamily sector. Tony’s work ethic, commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, and dedication to his craft have helped him achieve success in the construction industry for over 40 years.
Tony began his career as an Architectural Draftsman in 1978. He went on to earn a Bachelor’s in Architectural Design from the University of Florida and a Bachelor’s in Construction Management from Florida International University. He is a State of Florida General Contractor and a State of Florida Roofing Contractor.
Tony’s experience includes construction management of multifamily projects, luxury condominiums, retail shopping centers, healthcare facilities, and residential homes. Some of his current completed projects include Eurus at Miramar, Alcazar Apartments, Garden Walk Apartments, and Edison Place Phases 1-3.
