During his career spanning over two decades, Luis Senra has established his reputation for building relationships and budgets. His extensive roster of work includes projects in the healthcare, higher education, multifamily, municipal, and commercial markets. Luis joined ANF while still pursuing his undergrad and ultimately joined the executive team as Vice President of Preconstruction where he was responsible for the daily management, supervision, coordination, and successful completion of all estimates and project buyouts which are used to meet time and cost objectives concerning contracting, scheduling, bidding, and contract administration functions. In 2024 Luis was promoted to Chief Operations Officer (COO) now overseeing ANF’s operational functions.
Luis chooses to work in the construction industry because he appreciates the constant and interesting challenges present. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Florida International University in 2003 and later earned his certified State of Florida General Contractors license. Luis is a current board member for Associated Builders and Contractors.
