David González serves as the Chief Legal Officer for ANF Group. He received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, with honors, from the University of Florida and his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Florida, Levin College of Law. With a law practice in commercial transactions and litigation, specializing in construction and real estate development, David practices in the State of Florida and for the United States District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida.
David represents ANF Group in all aspects of entity formation, shareholder and operating agreements, the negotiation and preparation of design, consulting, and construction contracts as well as commercial leases and other related documents. David also counsels with development management and project administration on construction projects which includes negotiation and resolutions of matters involving design and construction contracts, construction liens, design and construction defects, insurance, and surety bonds.
David has significant experience in both public and private projects and represents ANF Group in all aspects of the construction and development process, including projects for healthcare, universities, retail centers, office buildings, warehouse complexes, mixed-use facilities, and multifamily developments.
