Tom Kosier is the Director of Preconstruction for ANF Group. Previously serving as Chief Estimator, Tom has extensive experience in estimating construction project costs from conceptual stage through to guaranteed maximum price in all types of project delivery, both negotiated and competitively bid. His project experience crosses the multifamily, municipal, healthcare, and education sectors. Since joining ANF in 2013, Tom’s expertise has provided vital to the preconstruction efforts of some notable projects such as the Baptist Health Plantation Wellness & Medical Complex, Village View, and the Broward Sheriff’s Office Training Center to name a few.
Tom holds a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction, with honors, from the ME Rinker, Sr. School of Building Construction at the University of Florida. He is a team-focused, decisive leader and a true asset to the ANF team.
