BIOGRAPHY

Tim O’Brien serves as Director of Field Operations, bringing more than 42 years of hands-on construction experience and leadership to the role. A South Florida native who grew up in Miami Lakes, Tim followed in his family’s footsteps after high school by entering the carpenter apprentice program, becoming a third-generation construction professional. Over the course of his career, he has built an extensive portfolio of landmark high-rise and luxury residential projects, including the St. Regis Resort, Turnberry Ocean Club, and Porsche Design Tower.

As Director of Field Operations, Tim provides leadership and oversight for all field operations across the company. He is responsible for supervising and mentoring field leadership teams, standardizing best practices, and ensuring consistency in execution across projects. Tim plays a key role in preconstruction planning, constructability reviews, scheduling strategies, and operational problem-solving, while also partnering with project teams to maintain schedule, quality, safety, and profitability standards.

A strong advocate for workforce development, Tim is deeply committed to sharing his knowledge with the next generation of construction leaders. He has mentored numerous superintendents throughout their careers and takes pride in helping them grow, develop confidence, and advance through the organization. Outside of work, Tim enjoys fishing, golfing, tackling home projects, and spending time with his new grandson.
