BIOGRAPHY

Sasha Seco Alvarez serves as ANF’s Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer, where she is responsible for overseeing enterprise technology functions and driving IT operations to enable the company’s strategic business objectives. With more than 25 years in the real estate and construction industry, Sasha has extensive experience across various roles and functions including: field operations, construction management, real estate development, IT, communications, digital business transformation, data & analytics, and business strategy. She is a licensed Florida General Contractor; holds a Master of Science in Construction Management from Florida International University; a Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management; is a Founding Member of Chief, a private network focused on connecting, supporting, and empowering women executive leaders; and has sat on various industry advisory boards.

Sasha has been nominated for ENR’s “Top 20 Under 40” and was named one of the South Florida Business Journal’s “40 Under 40” in 2018. Sasha is a visionary leader and has a natural ability to align technology initiatives with the overarching goals of an organization. By leveraging her deep understanding of the ever-evolving technology landscape and her strategic mindset, she has consistently anticipated emerging trends and harnessed them to gain a competitive edge that enables her to deliver innovative solutions to address industry-specific needs. Her commitment to operational efficiency at scale and a field first mentality has resulted in the successful implementation of transformative technology solutions that drive growth and propel the organization forward.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, working out, practicing yoga, and traveling the world.
