Upland Park

Upland Park is a 47-acre, master-planned, transit-oriented development directly connected to the Dolphin rapid transit station and part of Miami-Dade's SMART Plan. ANF is currently providing full construction management services for Phase I, which includes 441 garden-style apartments, 350 multifamily units, and 35,000 SF of retail space—all constructed using tunnel form methodology to maximize efficiency and speed.

The full development will feature over 1,700 residential units, 140,000 SF of retail, office space, a hotel, a charter school, a life sciences center, and 800+ parking spaces. ANF is managing all aspects of construction, site development, and infrastructure to support long-term growth and seamless integration with the county's transit network.
