Southpointe Vista

Southpointe Vista is a two-phase project located at the northeast corner of SW 214th Street and SW 117th Court in Goulds. Phase 1 features Building A, a new 10-story building with 124 affordable units (ranging from one to three-bedrooms) reserved for people earning up to 70% of area median income (AMI). Amenities will include a fitness center, multipurpose room, computer lounge, rooftop terrace, and a two-story parking garage housing 199 parking spaces and 18 electric vehicle (EV) charging stations.

Phase 2 will consist of Building B, a 12-story building consisting of 208 units (ranging in size from studios to two-bedrooms) with amenities. An additional two-story parking garage with 148 parking spaces and 12 EV charging stations will also be added during Phase 2.
