St. Martin’s Place is the new construction of a 12-story apartment building with 94 units in Miami, FL. The building offers a mix of one, two, and three bedroom apartments as well as an amenity deck supported by a 4-story integrated mixed-use parking structure. The parking structure includes 77 parking spaces, ground floor retail and commercial uses, and a residential community center.
