Garden Walk

Garden Walk Apartments is the renovation of nine (9) existing 3-story garden-style apartment buildings in Cutler Bay, FL. The project also included the renovation of the 3,943 square foot clubhouse. This 228-unit project also consisted of rehabbing all of the interior units and updating HVAC, bathrooms, kitchens, and lighting to bring all aspects of the project up to the latest building codes. Additionally, all of the exterior facades were removed and replaced with a new, modern look.
