Superior Manor Apartments Phase 2

This phase two development adds an additional seventy-six (76) quality, affordable housing units to the already existing 139-unit elderly affordable housing development at Superior Manor Apartments. These two (2) new 4-story buildings will be comprised of a combination of one-, two-, and three-bedroom units ranging in size from 750 to 1,400 square feet.
