Parks at Davie

Parks at Davie is a 383-unit multifamily development located at the northwest corner of Davie Road and SW 37th Street in Davie, Florida. The project will feature a mix of one- to three-bedroom residences ranging from 568 to 1,415 square feet, offering modern in-unit finishes such as quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and nine-foot ceilings. Designed by Corwil Architects, the community will include 6,200 square feet of ground-floor retail, as well as amenities like a resort-style pool, fitness center, and co-working space.

Parks at Davie will designate approximately 77 units as workforce housing, aligning with Broward County’s efforts to support residents earning up to 120% of the area median income. Situated partially on a former Broward College parking lot, the 8.5-acre site benefits from proximity to employment hubs, educational institutions, and major transportation corridors. Parks at Davie is a joint venture between 13th Floor Investments and JSB Capital Group.
