STOF Big Cypress Senior Center & Preschool

The Seminole Tribe of Florida (STOF) is bringing a new senior center and preschool via design-build to the Big Cypress Seminole Indian Reservation. The Big Cypress Senior Center is approximately 21,000 SF and will include a cafeteria/flex area, commercial kitchen, game area, pottery lab, fitness room, showers, and supporting administrative offices. A full building generator is also included within the senior center’s scope. The Big Cypress Preschool will be located parallel to the senior center and serve children ages one- to five-years-old. The preschool will feature classrooms, cafeteria, kitchen, open-air playground, and supporting administrative offices across approximately 34,700 SF. Additional scope includes raising the entire site’s elevation by one foot.
