City of North Miami Beach Central Operations Building

This project was the construction of a new Emergency Command Center for the City of North Miami Beach. In addition to the command center, this project also served as a vehicle fueling station. The facility was equipped with high-capacity generators and communication equipment. The scope of works consisted of a 20,400 square foot warehouse and 6,800 square foot administration building which was built using the tilt-up construction method with 32’ high panels, steel joist in the warehouse, and Pre-Cast Concrete in the administration building.
