STOF Big Cypress Recreational Complex

The Seminole Tribe of Florida (STOF) has sole-sourced ANF under their continuing services contract to perform design-build services for a new comprehensive recreational complex to be located adjacent to the ongoing senior center and preschool project. The new complex will be split into two sites. Site area one will add 272,201 SF to include an olympic community pool, kiddie pool, splashpad, playground, horseshoe pit area, outdoor exercise trail, outdoor volleyball courts, several pavilions and chickees throughout with BBQ areas, and 160 parking spaces. Site area two adds another 112,337 SF that will consist of a gymnasium with indoor basketball and weight room, an airnasium, skatepark, lockers, 87 parking spaces, as well as additional pavilions and chickees.
