Sheridan Village Retail Center

Located in Pembroke Pines, the Sheridan Village Shopping Center is retail strip developed in two phases. Phase 1 of the project consisted of the single-story build-out of multiple retail outlets. Tenants include Dunkin Donuts, Jon Smith Subs, Burger King and Cricket Wireless. Phase 2 included new construction of a 3-story tilt-up retail building, which included a 2-story storage facility, a Memorial Healthcare System Urgent Care, as well as multiple retail outlets. The property is located approximately one mile west of I-75 and directly across from a complex that houses Broward College, FIU North campus, Broward Regional Library, and Pines Charter High School.
