Cypress Creek Medical Pavilion located in Fort Lauderdale, FL, is an 83,000 square foot facility that was constructed to provide Broward County with comprehensive care through multiple medical disciplines. This facility is a multi-tenant medical center that offers an array of health and wellness-focused services in one convenient location. The project also includes a 16,000 square foot ambulatory surgery center (ASC) that features a registration area, pre-testing area, 18 pre-op and post-op bays, five operating rooms, a centralized nurse station, and sterile processing and clean storage areas. This project was designed in a loop, so the facility’s operationally efficient layout keeps pre-surgery and post-surgery patients from crossing paths and gives caregivers maximum visibility from the centralized nurse station.
