Port Everglades International Logistics Center

The Port Everglades International Logistics Center, constructed on 16.5 acres of Port property, is divided into two buildings with the southernmost building comprising 145,000 square feet and the northernmost building comprising 151,000 square feet. The facility includes a warehouse, refrigerated warehouse, office space, and cross-docking facilities, which will enhance the services available to shippers using Port Everglades.

The Port Everglades International Logistics Center is designed to provide a modern, efficient, and secure environment for cargo activity at one of Florida’s most active seaports. Its strategic location adjacent to terminal operations is ideal for containers arriving at port Everglades requiring U.S. Customs and U.S. Department of Agriculture inspection services. The entire logistics center is designated as Foreign-Trade Zone No. 25. The Florida Green Building Coalition has awarded its “Silver” certification to both buildings of the Port Everglades International Logistics Center.
