Quantum Marine Headquarters

Quantum Marine Headquarters is a LEED Gold Certified hydraulic equipment engineering and manufacturing facility in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The new three-story, 28,965 square foot facility is ergonomically designed and environmentally conscientious featuring the latest in “green” technology to minimize energy consumption.

The project features a contemporary, functional design including a state-of-the-art production facility, training rooms, administrative offices, R&D engineering and parts department, machine shops, and an impressive array of amenities. The headquarters also includes a new company fitness center, conference rooms, salesrooms, kitchen, dining areas, bar, and elevator.

The project uses conventional shell construction with durable interior finishes. Maximizing the efficiency of the production and parts distribution process was a key requirement to the planning and design of the new space. The open concept floor plan configuration with glass-walled offices lends itself to optimal, interdisciplinary collaboration. Another key design element and major focal point is the floating spiral staircase that spans the height of the building constructed of steel and oak.
