Manny’s Enterprise Distribution Headquarters

ANF Group constructed a new state-of-the-art 26,000 square foot facility for Manny’s Enterprise, a seafood distribution company. Located in Sunrise, FL, this project consisted of a warehouse area for storage, conference rooms, distribution areas, freezer, loading dock, a full kitchen and dining area for the employees. There were also four shell bays that will be leased out to future tenants. These tenant bays were shelled out to accommodate the flexible use of incoming tenants. In addition, a 1000 Gallon Fuel Tank and Emergency Generator was installed adjacent to the utility rooms. The project was a Tilt Wall Building topped off with Concrete Twin Tee’s, and TPO Roof System. This project scope included underground utilities, site work, building shell, and a complete interior build-out of their offices.
