Bahia Mar Hotel Wing & Pool Deck Renovation

Bahia Mar Hotel marina wing renovation included the renovation of 115 units. This 58,500 square foot project was spanned the 4-story hotel building located in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Six of the units were converted to ADA Compliant rooms while all of the other guest rooms have been completely renovated including new flooring, paint, fixtures, and finishes. The project also included the renovation of the 13,965 square foot hotel pool deck. This consisted of replacing all pavers, applying waterproofing membrane, replacing the drainage system at the perimeter of the pool, and a cool deck system at the elevated concrete slab around the gym area.
