Parks at Delray Groundbreaking

Groundbreaking for The Parks at Delray, a 420-unit housing complex consisting of apartments and townhouses rising on the former Office Depot campus in Delray Beach, has commenced. ANF Group is proud to have been selected as the general contractor for this project that will also feature a 1.5-acre park and a host of amenities, including a clubhouse, gym, pool, and social room.
This is only the first phase of construction for 13th Floor Investments and Key International, where additional development to the 25.1-acre site at 1874 Palm Drive, near the intersection of Congress Avenue and Old Germantown Road, is expected in the future. The Parks at Delray project, designed by MSA Architects, will be completed in the second quarter of 2024.
