The Parks at Delray

The Parks at Delray is a 420-unit housing complex consisting of apartments and townhouses, rising on the former Office Depot campus located on the 25.1-acre site at 1874 Palm Drive, near the intersection of Congress Avenue and Old Germantown Road in Delray Beach. This project will feature a 1.5-acre park and a host of amenities, including a two-story clubhouse, gym, pool, and social room. Phase 1 will consist of four (4) five-story apartment buildings, three (3) three-story apartment buildings, and five (5) two-story townhouse buildings.
