Village View Groundbreaking

ANF Group and Housing Trust Group broke ground today on an affordable senior housing complex in Fort Lauderdale’s Flagler Village neighborhood.
The project, Village View, will have 100 apartments and 120 parking spaces in seven stories. The 160,000 SF project will include a pool, a business center, a gym, and a media center.
Village View was designed by Corwil Architects and will be completed in the first quarter of 2021.
