Vista Verde

Vista Verde is a new garden-style apartment complex consisting of 288 luxury units housed across eight (8) three-story buildings, including one-, two- and three-bedroom units. Amenities include an Old Florida inspired clubhouse with high vaulted ceilings, yoga room, children's playroom, conference room, fitness center, pool, pool-side cabanas, covered pool pavilion with fireplace, clubroom with entertainment bar, covered private garages, outdoor fitness park, dog park, pedestrian promenade, and private access to Oak Hammock Park.

The project was developed on the western portion of the Village Shoppes of Pine Plaza, a 24-acre lot at Pine Island Road and NW 44th Street, which required some demolition. The plaza’s movie theater, shops, and restaurants remain intact, and a new brick paver walkway connects residents from the complex to the shops.
