Memorial Hospital Miramar MOB II, Women’s Center & ASC

A second Medical Office Building (MOB) was added to the south side of the Memorial Hospital Miramar (MHM) campus. Connected to MHM via an air-conditioned walkway, MOB II is a new 4-story building featuring an Ambulatory Surgical Center, Women’s Imaging Center, exam rooms, ultrasound rooms, mammogram rooms, and operating rooms. Memorial Healthcare System will occupy some space in the building and lease out the rest to physicians. The tilt-up construction method was used for this project, and work was completed on an active campus. ANF was also the GC for MOB I, the first medical office building at MHM.
