Baptist Health South Florida Helipad

This project included the relocation of the hospital’s current helipad from the ground floor to above the existing roof level of the building. The project includes new ramps and steps on the roof level and required structural modifications to accommodate the connections to new helipad structure and components, an extension of existing elevators to the roof level, and modification of existing stair landings, MEP/FP systems, AHU units, and waterproofing to accommodate the new scope of work.
