The Filling Station Lofts

The Filling Station Lofts are a modern, 10-story apartment complex in the heart of Miami’s Arts and Entertainment District. The building offers 81 double-height industrial lofts in four different unit types ranging in size from 1,101-1,574 square feet. The project also consisted of an integrated mixed-use parking structure, amenity deck, and prime ground floor retail. Amenities include a rooftop pool and pool deck, community center, fitness center, and storage spaces.
