Rainbow Village Phase I is the first phase of a three-phase mixed-use redevelopment that transforms two existing public housing communities into a vibrant, mixed-income residential destination serving Miami’s Wynwood and Overtown neighborhoods. The development features 310 affordable apartment residences, approximately 12,978 square feet of ground-floor retail space, a childcare facility, a structured parking garage with 425 parking spaces, and thoughtfully designed residential amenities that support an active and connected community.
