Parks at Delray Ph 2

Parks at Delray Phase II is a 201,384 SF multifamily residential community that expands the master-planned Parks at Delray development in Delray Beach, Florida. The project features 327 apartment residences, completing the residential component of the redevelopment of the former Office Depot campus and increasing the community to a total of 747 residential units. Designed as a walkable mixed-use destination, the development further integrates residential living with retail, office, and open spaces to create a vibrant live-work-play environment.

The project introduces approximately 40,000 square feet of grocery-anchored retail space that complements the existing 68,000 SF office building, creating a dynamic mixed-use community that serves both residents and the surrounding area. Ten percent of the residences are designated as workforce housing, expanding attainable housing opportunities while supporting the continued growth and long-term vitality of the Delray Beach community.
