ANF hosted its annual Bring Your Kids to Work Day, welcoming our team members’ Little Builders for a day packed with fun and hands-on learning!
The morning kicked off with breakfast and a quick introduction to construction, where the crew learned how projects come to life and the role a construction manager plays. From there, the kids toured the office and got a look at each department and how everyone works together to make a project successful.
One of the highlights of the day was hearing from our field teams during a series of quick jobsite presentations.
After that, the builders rotated through activities, including a build challenge, a scavenger hunt around the office, and a craft station where they designed and decorated their own shirts. We wrapped things up with a well-earned “payday” and lunch together.
