Davie, Fla. – (July 2026) – ANF, a trusted full-service construction and development firm, has promoted Christine Graeff to Vice President of Project Development, expanding her leadership role as the company continues to strengthen the way projects are planned, developed, and delivered across South Florida.

“Christine’s career is a great example of what’s possible at ANF,” said Al Fernandez, CEO of ANF. “She’s taken on new challenges throughout her career, continued to grow as a leader, and consistently made our company stronger. This promotion reflects the impact she’s had on our organization and the confidence we have in her leadership.”

In her new role, Christine will guide the early lifecycle of ANF’s projects, creating stronger alignment among operations, business development, preconstruction, planning, and scheduling. Drawing on her experience in project management, operations, finance, and business systems, she will help formalize a more strategic approach to project development—one that uses historical data, lessons learned, and cross-functional insight to better position projects for success from the start.

Her focus will include improving communication and information flow across teams, reinforcing a continuous cycle of learning, planning, and execution that supports stronger outcomes for clients and ANF’s long-term growth.

Christine has spent the past 15 years advancing through a range of leadership roles at ANF. After graduating from the M.E. Rinker, Sr. School of Construction Management at the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction, she joined ANF as a Project Engineer, working primarily on education and healthcare projects. She later held roles in accounting, purchasing, and operations, where, as Director of Operations, she led the development of ANF’s business systems and the companywide implementation of new technology. Christine also holds a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Entrepreneurship from Nova Southeastern University’s H. Wayne Huizenga College of Business and Entrepreneurship.

Christine’s promotion underscores ANF’s commitment to investing in experienced leaders who can strengthen project strategy, enhance collaboration, and support continued growth throughout the region.
