New 58,700-square-foot healthcare facility will expand access to emergency and outpatient medical services in western Palm Beach County
DAVIE, FL – (October 2026) – ANF, a leading full-service construction and development firm, announced it has been selected as construction manager for Baptist Health Royal Palm Beach Medical Center, a 58,700-square-foot outpatient healthcare facility in Royal Palm Beach, Florida.

Located at 450 S. State Road 7 in Royal Palm Beach, the Baptist Health Royal Palm Beach Medical Center is being developed to expand Baptist Health South Florida’s network of community-based medical services within one of Palm Beach County’s fastest-growing areas. The facility will combine an 18-bed, 24-hour freestanding emergency department with more than 31,000 square feet of medical office space, creating a comprehensive destination for emergency, specialty, and outpatient care.
Designed to support efficient patient care and long-term operational flexibility, the facility will incorporate advanced building systems and specialized healthcare infrastructure to meet the demands of a modern clinical environment. The project will provide expanded access to high-quality healthcare services while supporting the region’s continued residential and commercial growth.
The Baptist Health Royal Palm Beach Medical Center is being developed by Baptist Health South Florida, with Bermello, Ajamil & Partners, Inc. serving as project architect and ANF serving as construction manager. Construction is currently underway, with completion anticipated in September 2027.
