Alton Cutler Bay will deliver 330 luxury apartments within a mixed-use development
DAVIE, FL – (September 23, 2026) – ANF, a leading full-service construction and development firm, announced it has been selected as construction manager for Alton Cutler Bay, a 330-unit luxury apartment community within a new mixed-use development in Princeton, Florida.

The project will feature five six-story buildings and one clubhouse for amenities, complemented by 85,000 square feet of retail space and a 46,000-square-foot Baptist Health emergency center and medical office campus. Together, these uses will create a highly accessible, amenity-rich destination in one of South Miami-Dade’s growing residential corridors.
The gated community will offer one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans ranging from 765 to 1,385 square feet, with planned amenities including a swimming pool, fitness center, clubhouse with a resident lounge, dog park, playground, and lake with a fountain.
The project will benefit from strong visibility and convenient access to major transportation corridors, with proximity to retail, dining, and employment centers in Kendall, Dadeland, and the greater South Miami-Dade area. The civil EOR is HSQ, and the project architect is ATL Architecture. The project is slated to be completed in mid-2028.
