ANF Honored with Three Build Florida Awards

Among dozens of projects, Broward Sheriff’s Office Research, Development and Training Center and Providence Living are recognized as the state’s finest 

Davie, Fla. – (March 13, 2025) – ANF, a leading full-service construction and development firm, has been honored with three prestigious Build Florida Awards by the South Florida Associated General Contractors (AGC) for its work on two standout projects: the Broward Sheriff’s Office (BSO) Research, Development and Training Center (R.D.T.C.) and Providence Living at Pembroke Pines. 

Among dozens of submissions, the BSO R.D.T.C. earned two top honors: Best in Category—Design/Build and Best Government/Public Project, recognizing excellence in design-build project delivery. Providence Living was named Best Senior Living & Care Project in the $10–$75 million category.

The BSO R.D.T.C. is a 104,000-square-foot, four-story facility with a 7-story, 653-space parking garage. Purpose-built to enhance public safety training, the center features simulation labs, tactical ranges, and specialized training rooms. A memorial at the entrance honors the victims of the Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School tragedy. 

Providence Living at Pembroke Pines is a 114,003-square-foot luxury senior living and memory care community, developed by Providence One Development and ANF Real Estate Group. Located at the entrance to Pembroke Pines City Center, the community sets a new standard for care and comfort. ANF served as the general contractor.
