ANF Celebrates Topping Out of Parks at Hallandale

ANF, a trusted full-service construction and development firm, recently celebrated a major milestone with the topping out of Parks at Hallandale in Hallandale Beach on Feb. 14th. The company is also advancing construction on other future projects in South Florida this year, further demonstrating its commitment to the region’s growth and development.
Developed by 13th Floor Investments, the $89 million Parks at Hallandale, located at Pembroke Road and North Federal Highway, spans 15.5 acres and will feature 398 market-rate and workforce apartments in five-story buildings, along with 6,500 square feet of ground-floor retail. Residents will enjoy upscale finishes such as stone countertops, stainless steel appliances, and luxury vinyl flooring. Amenities include a resort-style pool, fitness center, pickleball courts, a playground, and a dog park.
