ANF Celebrates the Completion of South Pointe Mixed-Use Project in Miami-Lakes

MIAMI LAKES, FL – (June 2025) – ANF, a leading full-service construction and development firm, announces the completion of South Pointe, a new mixed-use residential and commercial community in the Town of Miami Lakes, located in northwest Miami-Dade County. Developed by The Graham Companies, the project brings a blend of thoughtfully designed apartments and neighborhood-serving retail to one of South Florida’s most established master-planned communities.

South Pointe spans 7.84 acres along Commerce Way, just north of NW 82nd Avenue. The community features 179 apartment units and 17,063 square feet of ground-floor retail space across three four-story buildings set alongside a tranquil lake.
The one-bedroom apartments average 725 square feet, and two-bedroom units average 1,050 square feet. Community amenities include a pool, wellness center, dog park, basketball court, meeting rooms, gazebos, 370 parking spaces, and electric vehicle charging stations.
Ideally located near Interstate 75, the Palmetto Expressway, and the Gratigny Parkway, South Pointe offers residents convenience and connectivity. The project was designed by Wolfberg Alvarez & Partners, with ANF serving as the general contractor.
