Canopy Park Opens to the Public

ANF Group completed construction of Canopy Park, a new three-acre public park located in Miami Beach between the 600 and 700 blocks of Alton Road. The park features open greenspaces shaded by native tree species, pedestrian trails and bike paths, an outdoor fitness area, dog park, children’s playground featuring “Rosie the Elephant”, and public art displays. This project serves as an innovative resiliency and sustainability solution hosting environmentally conscious features including a Maritime Hammock, bioswales, and a 25,000-gallon cistern to conserve and manage rainwater.
Canopy Park was designed by ArquitectonicaGEO, and developed by TCH 500 Alton, LLC, a partnership between two Miami Beach real estate developers: David Martin and Russell Galbut.
