Baptist Health Selects ANF Group for their Plantation MOB

DAVIE, FL – ANF Group, Inc., a premier construction firm in South Florida specializing in construction management, preconstruction, design-build and general contracting services, announced today that it had been selected by South Florida based Baptist Health South Florida to construct their new state-of-the-art, 4-story, 114,000 sq. ft. medical office building in Plantation, FL.
This project solidifies Baptist Health South Florida’s move into the Broward County Healthcare Market.
The new building will house an Urgent Care Center, Diagnostic Center, Radiation Oncology Center, Ambulatory Surgical Center, Miami Orthopedic and Sports Medicine Institute, Physical Therapy, Primary Care Center, Medical Oncology / Infusion, and additional shell space for future expansion. In addition, the medical office building will be accompanied by a 422 space 4-story parking garage.
The project will be located on a 2.7-acre lot on 1220 South Pine Island Road in Plantation, FL.
