Cypress Creek Awarded 2020 Tilt-Up Achievement Award

The Tilt-Up Achievement Awards were established to honor projects that use site-cast tilt-up concrete to introduce new building types, advance industry technology and provide unique solutions to building programs. The world’s greatest tilt-up structures are featured by the TCA as Tilt-Up Achievement Award Winners. Cypress Creek Medical Pavilion is a two story medical center with large cantilever canopies in the front, the back, and the side of the buildings. Front and back cantilever canopies are supported by full height tilt-up columns. Side entry cantilever is supported by a three dimensional H shaped panel. Front and back entry tilt-up columns are connected to each other with radius spandrels. Special attention was given to the entry tilt-up column foundations and connections.
