Superior Manor Apartments Phase 2

Superior Manor Phase II is a 106,655 SF affordable multifamily residential community that expands the existing Superior Manor development in Miami’s Liberty City neighborhood. The project features 76 apartment residences across two four-story residential buildings, offering a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans. Designed for households earning at or below 60% of the Area Median Income (AMI), the development builds upon the success of the adjacent 139-unit Phase I community while increasing access to quality affordable housing for families.

The community includes a fitness center, clubhouse, coworking spaces, rooftop deck, tot lot, surface parking, and landscaped gathering areas that promote connectivity and resident engagement. As the second phase of the Superior Manor community, the project supports the continued revitalization of Liberty City by expanding affordable housing opportunities within a well-planned residential environment while providing convenient access to neighborhood services, employment centers, and regional transportation.
