CORAL SPRINGS, FL – The South Florida Sun Sentinel surveyed 43,439 employees in South Florida to find the best places to work. For 2023, 3,929 organizations were invited to survey their employees and based on employee survey feedback, a record 129 South Florida organizations have earned recognition as Top Workplaces! Rankings were based on company size with small organizations having fewer than 125 employees, midsize having 125-399; and large having over 400 employees.
