The Center for Collaborative Research

The revolutionary Center for Collaborative Research (CCR) project is being constructed by ANF Group, Inc. for Nova Southeastern University (NSU). This project is a ground up construction of a 6 story 216,522 square foot building at their main campus in Davie, Florida. The CCR will house an IBM supercomputer, one of Florida’s largest wet labs, the NSU Technology Incubator and some of the world’s most accomplished researchers.

This project has been registered with the USGBC and will be pursuing LEED Silver Certification.

In addition, this project is being built using Business Information Modeling (BIM) Practices.
